Connie is a strategic marketing and communications professional with extensive experience spanning a diverse range of industry sectors and businesses. She enjoys helping organisations to grow their viability and sustainability while increasing their community reach and engagement.

Her history includes working with publicly listed corporations and entrepreneurs’, through to arts organisations, educational endeavours, and Not for Profits.

For the past five years she has been operating her own consultancy business. Her specialisation is predominantly in the marketing fields including communications, sponsorship, fundraising, public relations, events, and stakeholder relationships management.

Surrounded since childhood with professional performing artists and musicians, she has a deep passion for the creative and artistic sector, and a belief that developing strong networks and cultivating meaningful relations are a vital element to any successful venture or partnership.

Having served on numerous boards, Connie has expansive governance experience. She has won numerous awards for sponsorship partnerships and is a recipient of the Queen’s Jubilee SPCA medal for Meritorious Volunteer Services. She is an alumna of the University of Auckland, with a PGDipBus (Marketing), and served for several years as a mentor in the University of Auckland Business School’s Women’s’ Mentoring programme. And she confesses to being someone who still dances in the lounge at home, even when alone.
