Expand Your Creative Potential at The New Zealand Dance Company’s Youth Summer School!

We invite young dance enthusiasts aged 14 and above, of all abilities, to a dynamic five-day intensive workshop. Led by talented company dancers 'Isope ‘Akau’ola and Caterina Moreno and set in the vibrant Wellesley Studios, this immersive program offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills, explore your artistic expression, and gain valuable insights into the world of professional contemporary dance.

The workshop is designed to nurture your love for dance during the holiday season with a comprehensive curriculum. You will engage in daily contemporary technique classes, improvisation sessions, repertoire learning, and stimulating creative tasks. Under the guidance of our professional dancers, you will also have the chance to create your own unique dance compositions, ensuring each day is filled with fun, inspiring, and challenging experiences.

TIME: 9.30am – 3.30pm daily

COST: $150 (incl gst)
