Terms & Conditions – This Fragile Planet Audience Survey

  1. By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
  2. The prize to be won is as follows: A hamper containing 2 packs of Rush Espresso Coffee, one NZDC t-shirt and one pair NZDC socks. This prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The New Zealand Dance Company (NZDC) reserves the right to change the prize to the same or equal value at any time if the prize becomes unavailable.
  3. Competition commences on Tuesday 25 February 2020 and closes at 5pm Friday 13th March 2020.
  4. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result in the entry being deemed invalid.
  5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  6. NZDC will select at random one valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable competition period. NZDC’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
  7. NZDC reserves the right to request that the Prize Winner provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of NZDC. In the event of dispute over identity of a drawn winner, NZDC reserves the right to redraw the prize unless identity can be proven.
  8. The winner will be advised via email and winner’s names might be published on the NZDC Facebook, Instagram and Twitter feeds.
  9. Within two days of the prize draw, the Prize Winner will be notified of the prize and arrangements made for collection or dispatch of goods. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within three days, at NZDC’s decision the winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
  10. In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, unclaimed prize(s) will remain the property of NZDC. If Prize Winner is not available to accept the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to another entrant.
  11. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, stolen or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the web entry into the NZDC Audience Feedback Survey and not the time of transmission by the entrant.
  12. NZDC is not responsible for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. NZDC assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. NZDC reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
  13. NZDC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  14. If for any reason NZDC considers that a Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, NZDC reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draws.
